Dear OFCD Brothers and Sisters,

We wish to announce the sad news that Elvin Wilson passed away June 9, 2009. He has been an avid walleye angler and has enjoyed the companion of the Ontario Fishing Club of the Deaf (OFCD). He attended the OFCD at Pickerel Park at Hay Bay (Bay of Quinte) yearly. He was always filled with laugher and enjoyed socializing with anyone he interacted with.  He has been an angler attending OFCD events for many years and he will surely be missed.
